After years of one-on-one healing sessions, workshops, and speaking engagements, Constance expanded her reach through her podcast and YouTube channel, aiming to inspire a larger audience to develop their own spiritual and psychic awareness.

About The Job
This is an independent contractor position. We're looking for a talented and intuitive short-form video creator to join our mission of inspiring higher-conscious living across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. This is a hands-on role for someone who can both create and edit engaging, soul-aligned content that speaks to the heart and performs in the algorithm. If you instinctively know what works on each platform—and how to make it beautiful, impactful, and on-brand—we want to hear from you.
You’ll be working with a wide range of assets: podcast episodes, behind-the-scenes clips, inspirational audio, soul-centered quotes, and b-roll footage. Your job? To turn it all into platform-native, scroll-stopping content that helps people connect more deeply to their soul, their spirit, and themselves. The better the content, the more people we reach—and the more lives we transform.
This role is all about execution and inspiration. We’re creating meaningful content at scale, and we need someone who can run with it—fast. You’ll translate our voice, values, and teachings into videos that feel good and perform well, with a primary focus on YouTube Shorts.

What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end creation of short-form content — including Reels, carousels, static posts, Stories, and Podcast Channel clips — for YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and Facebook
Edit and optimize video content with platform-native elements like captions, music, stickers, and overlays to create eye-catching, scroll-stopping assets
Maintain a consistent publishing rhythm for Reels and Shorts, creating multiple variations per podcast episode and testing titles to drive performance
Design visually compelling photo- and graphic-based carousels that reflect platform best practices and audience behavior
Repurpose long-form podcast and vlog content into dynamic short-form vertical videos using creative editing, text overlays, and clean visual design
Apply an editorial eye to every piece — cutting for attention, energy, pacing, and platform-first consumption
Trend Spotting & Iteration
Stay immersed in platform culture — from trending audio and viral formats to memes and emerging creators
Use audience insights and content performance data to inform edits, guide iterations, and optimize engagement
Identify high-performing content and quickly create spin-offs to extend reach and impact
Pitch and produce content inspired by current trends, viral hooks, and audience behavior — moving quickly from idea to execution
Keep your finger on the pulse of platform updates, social trends, and algorithm shifts to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and impactful
Use audience questions, comments, and reactions to guide future content direction and programming
Collaboration with Marketing & Brand
Work closely with the content manager and long-form video creators to ensure your content aligns with the larger brand vision and editorial calendar
Participate in brainstorms, contributing fresh visual ideas and creator-driven content formats
Uphold the brand’s creative voice, visual standards, and messaging across every asset you produce
Qualifications
Proven experience in short-form video creation, editing, and social-first storytelling — with a strong portfolio showcasing past work
Fluent in native tools on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts (e.g., Reels editing tools, in-app captions, Stories features, spacing and Thumbnails)
Advanced video editing skills with a strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and narrative flow. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects required; Adobe Creative Suite and Descript experience are a major plus
Ability to enhance content through light animation, motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and text overlays
Sharp visual instincts and a good eye for graphic layout, typography, and brand cohesion
Deep understanding of social platform algorithms, audience behavior, and high-converting content formats
Comfortable using performance metrics to refine creative decisions and drive iterative improvements
Highly organized, efficient, and adaptable — able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Self-motivated, collaborative, and excited to be part of a mission-driven brand
A genuine passion for higher-conscious living, personal growth, and creating content that inspires and uplifts
This is a part-time contract role, with flexible hours and the option to work remotely. You’ll be an essential part of expanding the reach of Constance’s teachings and message of higher-conscious living to a wider, more engaged global audience.
