About The Job
This is an independent contractor position. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and creatively-driven Newsletter & Website Manager to lead the execution of our monthly newsletter, Create changes in website as needed and ongoing blog strategy. This is a key role for someone who understands the power of well-designed, soul-aligned communication—and knows how to make it both beautiful and effective.
You’ll be responsible for managing our Mailchimp and Squarespace platforms to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of content that connects with our audience, supports spiritual growth, and expands our reach. From layout and copy refinement to SEO optimization and visual storytelling, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring every blog and email reflects our brand’s voice, intention, and aesthetic.
What You’ll Do
Design and schedule our monthly email newsletter using Mailchimp, ensuring it includes segmented audience messaging, clear CTAs, and links to current podcast episodes, YouTube content, and merchandise.
Format and publish blog content on Squarespace, ensuring posts are visually appealing, keyword-optimized, and aligned with our SEO goals and brand tone.
Proofread and edit all content for clarity, grammar, and brand consistency. Maintain a clean, concise writing style while preserving the spiritual depth of our messaging.
Select compelling, on-brand images that support the message and maintain visual cohesion across posts and newsletters. Ensure all content meets visual and editorial brand standards.
Apply best practices for search engine optimization to blog content, including formatting, keyword placement, meta descriptions, and internal linking.
Maintain and update the website regularly to ensure content is current, links are functional, and pages reflect new podcast episodes, offerings, and brand initiatives.
Write weekly business-minded articles for LinkedIn that translate Constance’s podcast teachings into thought leadership content tailored for a professional audience.
Adapt LinkedIn articles for the blog and newsletter, ensuring consistency in voice, SEO optimization, and audience relevance across platforms.
Who You Are
A strong editor and thoughtful communicator with an eye for design
Highly detail-oriented with a deep appreciation for clean, organized content
Familiar with content marketing principles and audience segmentation
Intuitively understands how to balance spiritual insight with modern digital practices
Excited about helping a mission-driven brand grow its reach through thoughtful, strategic content
Qualifications
Experience with Mailchimp and Squarespace (2+ years preferred)
Strong copy editing and proofreading skills; familiarity with brand voice guidelines
Working knowledge of SEO strategy and keyword optimization for blog content
Visual eye for layout, typography, and image selection
Familiarity with content planning and publishing best practices
Bonus: Experience in wellness, spirituality, or purpose-driven media
This is a part-time contract role, with flexible hours and the option to work remotely. You’ll be an essential part of expanding the reach of Constance’s teachings and message of higher conscious living to a wider, more engaged global audience.
