Two Forms of Helpful Meditation That I Use

Hello, everyone! I'm Constance Messmer, a leader in spiritual and personal evolution. Today, I want to share with you two forms of meditation that I use as part of my own spiritual practice. They are especially helpful for moments when you are feeling overwhelmed or when you need to rekindle your connection to the energy of your physical body.

The Power of Meditation

Meditation is a powerful tool that allows us to think deeply and focus our minds for a period of time. It can be done in silence or with a mantra, a sacred word or tone. People meditate for various reasons, including spiritual purposes, to shift their energy, for religious purposes, to reach higher realms of spirit, to enter an undivided attention space for spirit communication, or simply as a method of relaxation. You can use your meditative state to enhance your connection to self and spirit and increase your balance, inner peace, and joy.

Centering Meditation

The first meditation I use is what I call a "centering meditation". This technique is particularly useful when I'm feeling scattered. And I use it if I am picking up the energy of a place, or even, other people's energy. It involves taking a deep breath in through my nostrils, pulling my scattered energy back into my body, and then exhaling, grounding that energy into the Earth. This simple practice helps me center and focus my mind, preparing me for whatever comes next.

Vipassana Meditation

The second meditation technique I use is called Vipassana, also known as Insight or Awareness Meditation. This technique is especially beneficial for empaths, as it helps us become more aware of the subtle sensations in our bodies and the energies around us. By focusing on different parts of the body and noticing any sensations, we can become more attuned to our own energy fields and better able to discern when we are picking up other people's energy or even the energy of a place or an object.

The Benefits of Meditation

Both of these meditation techniques have been instrumental in my spiritual practice. They have helped me become more aware of my own energy field, recognizing when I'm picking up other people's energy.  These two techniques have helped me to learn how to protect and care for my energetic and physical being. Meditation is a simple way of bringing more balance, peace, and joy into your life. Whether you're an empath or just someone looking to enhance your spiritual journey, I highly recommend incorporating these meditation techniques into your daily routine.

Embrace the Journey of Self-Discovery

Meditation is a journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth. It's a practice that can help us become more in tune with our own energy and the world around us. I hope that sharing these techniques will inspire you to explore meditation and see how it can enhance your own spiritual journey.
