An Invitation to Begin With Love

I want to gift you something beneficial and powerful—not only for you, but for our world. You just have to access it for yourself.

Here’s How to Connect:

Bring your awareness to your heart center. (You can even put your hands to your heart to intentionally connect more deeply.)
Now, feel love.

I want you to really experience the emotion of love. Imagine it so strongly that you begin to feel the warmth of its energy there beneath your hands. (If need be, recall something you love and stir up that very same feeling.)

Every emotion radiates an energetic frequency.

Radiating Love Inward and Outward

Imagine the energy of love radiating from your heart to fill your entire body, permeating every cell. Breathe it through you.

Returning to your heart center, I invite you to imagine that frequency of love moving out of your heart. Imagine it moving out and across the planet to every being, everywhere, and even the Earth herself. And as you imagine it, it is so.

You can even set the intention that spreading this love is shifting consciousness across the planet to the frequency of love.

Make This a Daily Practice

Sit in this space for as long as you wish, remembering you are love.

This is the one thing I always do before I start my day or connect to my wise self or soul communication with others. I do this very basic heart-opening exercise. I connect to love and radiate love:

Do this as often as you would like. Set a clear intention that this is for your highest good and for the highest good of all and all the Earth.
