About The Job
This is an independent contractor position. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and creatively-driven Marketing and Website Manager to outline and create Newsletters and subsequent marketing materials for launches, books, events and more. You will lead the execution of our monthly newsletter, Create changes in website as needed and participate in ongoing growth strategies. This is a key role for someone who understands the power of well-designed, soul-aligned communication—and knows how to make it both beautiful and effective.
You’ll be responsible for managing our Mailchimp and Squarespace platforms to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of content that connects with our audience, supports spiritual growth, and expands our reach. From layout and copy refinement to SEO optimization and visual storytelling, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring every webpage and email reflects our brand’s voice, intention, and aesthetic.
What You’ll Do
Outline and create marketing plans for upcoming events, launches, and offerings. Include stylized branding and content for use across platforms including; post and poll copy, reel scripts, newsletter funnel with headers and content outlines, static post content and posting schedule
Design and schedule our monthly email newsletter using Mailchimp, ensuring it includes segmented audience messaging, clear CTAs, and links to current podcast episodes, YouTube content, and merchandise
Maintain and update the website regularly to ensure content is current, links are functional, and pages reflect new podcast episodes, offerings, and brand initiatives
Apply best practices for search engine optimization to content, including formatting, keyword placement, meta descriptions, and internal linking
Proofread and edit all content for clarity, grammar, and brand consistency. Maintain a clean, concise writing style while preserving the spiritual depth of our messaging
Select compelling, on-brand images that support the message and maintain visual cohesion across posts and newsletters. Ensure all content meets visual and editorial brand standards

Fluent in content marketing principles and audience segmentation
Intuitively understands how to balance spiritual insight with modern digital practices
A strong editor and thoughtful communicator with an eye for design
Excited about helping a mission-driven brand grow its reach through thoughtful, strategic content
Qualifications
Marketing campaign leadership experience with authors, speakers, or events (examples of previous experience required)
Experience with Mailchimp and Squarespace (2+ years preferred)
Strong copy editing and proofreading skills; familiarity with brand voice guidelines
Working knowledge of SEO strategy and keyword optimization
Visual eye for layout, typography, and image selection
Familiarity with content planning and publishing best practices
Bonus: Experience in wellness, spirituality, or purpose-driven media
This is a part-time contract role, with flexible hours and the option to work remotely. You’ll be an essential part of expanding the reach of Constance’s teachings and message of higher conscious living to a wider, more engaged global audience.
