Conversations with God

I tend to say my work is spiritual, as in “spirit”. Or even, psycho-spiritual: which takes the soul, rather than the mind, as its starting point of balance. I am and always have been moved to understand that part of us that can connect on the level of the soul. That part of us that is beyond the physical and mental constraints of this life. This is the very part of us that can help us in countless ways live this life more fully and with greater awareness. This is true whether we lift ourselves to live from this vibration of awareness or use it to tune into all-that-is, or what I call God. In my work, I help others to make that connection themselves. I have also made the connection for them to help bring awareness to their journey through this life.

From an early age I have had a strong relationship with God. I come from a prayerful family. Remember, prayer is to raise your heart and mind to God. This experience has always been palpable and interactive for me.
