Are you in rapport with your own wisdom?

Many people are moving through life making decisions as quickly as they can—managing responsibilities, caring for family, and responding to whatever the day brings. Yet beneath all of that motion is another source of guidance you can learn to access with clarity: the relationship you have with your own higher consciousness and with the soul-level support available to you.

This is where intrapsychic rapport and interpsychic rapport come in. These two forms of rapport, rooted in use of your 11 Soul Senses, help you understand how you receive information, how you connect with the unseen world, and how you can live in greater alignment with your wise self.

Understanding the Two Forms of Soul-Level Rapport

As you learn to work with your Soul Senses, clear terminology becomes a powerful tool. When you understand what is happening—whether the experience arises within you or comes from a connection with another—you strengthen your abilities and deepen your confidence.

Intrapsychic Rapport

Intrapsychic rapport is the harmonious relationship between your everyday ego-consciousness and your higher consciousness—what I often call your wise self. It is an internal experience.

In this space, you:
• Learn to differentiate the reactive mind from the part of you that carries deep, timeless wisdom.
• Access guidance that is already within you.
• Begin making choices that are aligned with your truest nature rather than habit or pressure.

This kind of rapport supports you in living more authentically and in developing trust in your own soul-level knowing.

The idea that intuition excludes reason limits how we understand it. When we label it as something mysterious or beyond thought, we distance ourselves from its everyday usefulness. Intuition isn’t just a rare spark of insight—it’s a skill that can be developed, refined, and trusted when we learn how to work with it consciously.

Interpsychic Rapport

Interpsychic rapport is soul-to-soul communication with one other being—whether that being is a guide, an angel, a loved one, a non-vocal family member, an animal, or even the consciousness of a tree. “Inter” means from point to point.

Through interpsychic rapport, you:
• Use your Soul Senses to receive guidance or information from one other.
• Maintain a respectful, friendly, harmonious connection—rapport is essential.
• May experience mediumship when information is delivered through you for someone else.

Interpsychic rapport can be subtle or profound. It may show up as clear communication, physical or emotional sensations through ClairSensation or ClairSentiment, or a gentle stream of insight moving through you.

A simple practice to begin using today

You can begin cultivating rapport—inner and outer—through a simple daily practice:

  1. Take a quiet moment and feel your feet on the floor.

  2. Silently say: “I am willing to listen to my wise self.” Notice what shifts.

  3. If your practice involves another person (a loved one, a child, an animal), add: “May I receive only what is for the highest good for both of us.”

  4. Afterward, jot down what you felt or perceived. Tracking your experiences helps you develop clarity in how your Soul Senses work.

Where in your life right now are you being invited to build a more harmonious rapport with your wise self—and where might soul-level support already be trying to get your attention?
