The Three Blocks to Strengthening Your Intuition
Scattered Energy
The first block is scattered energy. When your mind chatter is constant or your attention is pulled in too many directions, you can’t harness in. Scattered energy makes it very hard to notice the subtleties of your intuition or to recognize when something intuitive is coming through.
Unsure of How Intuition Works
The second block is being unsure of how intuition works in the first place. Intuition is not just a gut feeling or a random thought. It works through your 11 Soul Senses. It isn’t just one thing. It can come as ClairSensation, ClairSentiment, ClairAudience, and so on. When you don’t know how intuition actually works, it becomes harder to trust it.
Unsure of Trusting What’s Coming Through
The third block is being unsure of trusting what’s actually coming through. Even when you get intuitive moments, you may second-guess them, override them, or talk yourself out of them. This creates doubt and prevents you from following the very guidance that is trying to help you—whether it is insight, warnings, direction toward a hope or goal, or strategy pointers that arrive intuitively.
Five Fixes to Strengthen Your Intuition
Be Present
You must learn to be present. Being present combines stillness and mindfulness. Stillness is the ability to quiet the external noises and your mind chatter. You can use breathing techniques, meditation, or even writing your thoughts down so you can capture them for later exploration. Stillness makes it easier to recognize intuitive subtleties. It’s like flipping a switch from physical senses to Soul Senses. Mindfulness is paying close attention to what is happening, staying conscious of your thoughts and experiences as they occur, being right here and now. These practices heighten your conscious awareness and strengthen your intuition.
Be Honest
You have got to be honest—with yourself first and then with others. When you’re not honest, when you take the high road at your own expense or silence how you really feel, you diminish your light. Dishonesty with yourself interferes with the truth you can receive intuitively. Being honest radiates a clear signal that you want only truth: truth of the situation, truth in your intuitive experience, truth in the strategy you want to put forward, and truth in the messaging that comes back to you.
Emotional and Mental Openness
Emotional and mental openness—open heart and open mind—strengthen your intuition. These allow you to be open to what is coming to you and help you tell when your ego is weighing in. An open heart and open mind let you navigate each moment with clarity and compassion, which supports intuitive understanding.
Know How Intuition Works
You need to know how your intuition works. It is not just a gut feeling or a vibe. It is all of your 11 Soul Senses. Your intuition comes by way of these Soul Senses. You must learn them, work with them, and practice working with them. They are the pathway for your inner guidance to come into your daily consciousness. When you know which Soul Senses are strongest for you, your intuitive abilities strengthen greatly.
Make It a Lifestyle
Make intuition a lifestyle. Start with small decisions and build trust and intrapsychic rapport between your higher consciousness and your ego self. When you make intuitive practice part of your daily life—recognizing moments to switch from physical senses to Soul Senses—you build this part of your spiritual practice. Keeping a journal helps you monitor your progress and deepen your intuitive experiences. When intuition comes at you, really lean into the experience. Milk it for all it’s worth. Look at it closely so you can build your intuitive and psychic muscles. This is not just for practitioners; this is for everyone.

Strengthening your intuition helps you move beyond ego mind and habitual patterns into a greater truth of your wise self and authentic nature. You are pretty powerful. Remember that.
