What is the Divine Chakra?
The divine chakra is the last of the 12 chakras, and it has to do with being one with Source Energy, God, Goddess, Great Spirit. We all have divine nature as part of our essence - a cornerstone of our energetic blueprint - even when we don't always align with that part of ourselves. This is why I love the Hindu greeting Namasté: I honor the divine in you. When I am in that place in me and you are in that place in you, we are one.
Where Is the Divine Chakra (and What Happens When You Align With It)?
I find the divine chakra at the farthest point of the auric field - generally where your fingertips land if you reach all the way above your head. It builds on everything that comes before it, especially the cosmic chakra, and it's where you move from an intellectual understanding of God to an innate, gnostic kind of knowing - an experiential flood of divine consciousness. Sometimes this shows up in random, grace-filled moments; other times you can access it with intention, through things like meditation and prayer. Prayer means to raise your heart and mind to God.
When you tune into the divine chakra, you begin to see divine presence in everyone and everything, and you start to recognize a deeper unity consciousness - seeing the whole cosmos as an extension of your own being, and understanding that your choices ripple out to affect those around you. This is also where the dance between manifesting and miracles begins to unfold: you're not just manifesting anymore, you're experiencing miracles, and you become part of the miracles for other people too.
With the divine chakra, it's about asking Source Energy: What do you ask of me? What do you want me to do in this moment? What are the gifts and talents that are uniquely mine? We all have divine nature as part of who we are - we just don't always align with it. Fortify that alignment through prayer and meditation, stay open to the possibilities, and remember: YOU are the divine plan. Living your fullest potential is part of it. Namasté - I honor the divine in you.
