What is the Cosmic Chakra?
As we continue our journey through the 12 chakras, we land on the cosmic chakra. Like the rest of the upper chakras, it extends beyond the crown of the head, and it's also a state of consciousness. To find it: place the base of your palms on top of your ears, with your two middle fingers meeting at the top of your head - that's your crown chakra. From there, roughly four inches up is the higher self chakra, four inches above that is the karmic, and four inches above that is the cosmic chakra - the uppermost chakra I work with in the auric field, right before we reach the divine chakra.
What the Cosmic Chakra Reveals (and Why You Are Not Alone)
The cosmic chakra is about beginning to see that you're an integral part of the universe and the cosmic all - this deep interconnectedness with everyone and everything. But there's a real tension here, because right now there's this incredible culture of loneliness happening in a wave on the planet, and that loneliness sits on the opposite side of that sense of connection. I think some of it comes from all the time we spend on social media, taking in information without really interacting physically with other people.
I've had some incredible experiences that speak to this. Kids are often drawn to me - I think it's the vibration I carry - and during a recent shopping trip, a small girl transmitted something to me without words. It felt like a bolt rippling through me, and I understood: she was equipping me with something to teach on my YouTube channel, so that by the time she's older, it will already be out there as acceptable material. Moments like that remind me that we're all intuitively connected, that our energy field reaches farther than we think, and that we can converse with all forms of life - loved ones, nature, guides, angels, those who have crossed - when we tune in.
This is why I want you to know: YOU are not alone. If you're struggling with this kind of loneliness, ask yourself how you're connected - what your deepest desires are, what brings you joy - because that's what leads you back to your tribe. You were never meant to be small. Every part of the whole matters in this beautiful garden, and when you show up fully as yourself, you raise the well-being of the whole world.
