What is the Root chakra?
If you're overworking, exhausted, taxed, doing what you have to do just to make ends meet, then knowing more about and working with this chakra is for you. The Root chakra is about meeting the basic needs of food, shelter, and clothing.
Where is the Root chakra (and how might you get help)?
The Root chakra is located at the base of the spine; at the coccyx, the tailbone.
There's also a real sense of safety in the Root chakra. Are your basic needs being met? Are you living in a safe environment? I know there are situations where it's difficult to leave, or where you're stuck and can't afford otherwise. I want to encourage you to use your 11 Soul Senses and ask for help; then act on it. Follow your innate wisdom. Our soul is constantly speaking to us, and when we ask for change, the universe comes forward.
